The Journey Begins...

When we experience a wide range of adversities in our lives such as life changes and transitions, anxiety, depression, alcohol and substance use, moving forward after a workplace injury or a motor vehicle accident, divorce/separation, losing a job, losing a loved one unexpectantly, losing our pet,  financial and personal stressors,  interpersonal relational dynamics both in personal and work related, caregiver stressors, intimate partner violence, childhood trauma, medical crisis or new diagnosis of medical issue our reactions can be turmoil and we feel everything is upheaval and we want to restore balance to our lives.
